Sunderland are searching for their 11th manager in 10 years as soon as they took the decision to sack Jack Ross following 17 weeks in charge of the Black Cats. But what exactly do they want now?

Mick McCarthy or Roy Keane would be great for me since they know the club, but if they had to appoint someone in current league management, I think Paul Cook could be an perfect candidate.
