Capitals star Evgeny Kuznetsov banned from international play for four years after he tested positive for cocaine

(CNN) — The International Ice Hockey Federation has suspended Washington Capitals ahead Evgeny Kuznetsov for testing positive for cocaine.
The drug is prohibited under the World Anti-Doping Code.
“Recently, the IIHF told me, because of a positive test for a prohibited substance, I would be suspended from international competition for four years,” Kuznetsov said in a declaration. “I’ve made the decision to accept this punishment. Representing my country has been close to my own heart and something I take in pride. Not having the ability to put that sweater for four years is extremely hard to take.”
Kuznetsov is going to probably likely be ineligible for four years, with his suspension. He had been suspended on June 13.
“We know of the positive test outcome and associated global sanction that’s been enforced on Evgeny Kuznetsov,” that the Washington Capitals said in a declaration. “We are disappointed with this development and take this phenomenon seriously.
“Additionally, we’re dedicated to ensuring he has the essential support needed to work through this circumstance.”
Cocaine is not illegal under the Performance Enhancing Substances Program of the NHL and is not considered a performance-enhancing drug in the NHL.
“We understand that Mr. Kuznetsov has voluntarily sought help during the instruction and counseling program provided for in the NHL and NHLPA collective bargaining agreement and has agreed to some normal testing protocol relating to his involvement with that application,” NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly said in a statement.
Daly says that Kuznetsov has agreed to a meeting with NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman, which no decisions have been made on whether some additional actions are required.
“I’ve disappointed so many people that are important for me, including my family, teammates and buddies,” Kuznetsov said. “From the first day that I took the ice at D.C., the Washington Capitals company and our fans are nothing but good to me and my loved ones. I feel awful for letting you down. I realize that the only real way I can win back you is to take ownership of my situation and my actions from this point forward.”

Hundreds of Approaches to make money
Understanding Boxing Betting
Although there are variations by authority and country etc., for the most part, boxing round the globe adheres to the Marques of Queensbury rules, first introduced by the British back in 1867. There are two fighters, who use a mouthguard, gloves and cup (size depends on the weight of fighter), and they compete at a pre-determined number of three-minute rounds. The winner is whoever knockout or scores, or whoever is the victor on points by consensus of their referee/judges.

There are normally three judges, who score a’ten point must’ scoring system. Each round, 1 fighter must score ten points and his opponent will typically score 9 points unless he’s been knocked down, at which point he will be awarded 8 points or less (depending on how many times he had been dropped). Championship fights are generally competitions held over 12 rounds (36 minutes), with fighters becoming one minute between rounds to rest.

So there are the basics of boxing, and as you can imagine there are dozens and dozens of boxing bets. We will teach you how you can bet on boxing.

How to Bet on Boxing
Betting on boxing is simple and it is not hard for punters to fall in love with boxing gambling. As there are just two opponents who are trying to knock each other out, can there really be that many bet types? Well needless to say!

There are three potential outcomes in a boxing match — fighter could acquire, or the contest can end up in a draw if the scorecards are equivalent. The oldest and most common form of gambling on boxing is the win. Folks select on the fighter they want and hit a wager. If he wins through any method, they accumulate. Nonetheless, in only a two-runner race, the odds can be somewhat twisted and not so appealing to the casual bettor when there is a rising star fighting an average Joe.

Promising boxers will frequently stack their CV with victories by beating overmatched opponents in the first phase of their livelihood, and as such, the chances are restrictive. Bettors often want to appear elsewhere for a bit of worth — for example betting on which round the fight is going to finish, or whether it is going to end in knockout or by decision etc.. There are also a variety of’exotic bets’ offered by many bookmakers, for example’Anthony Joshua to acquire within 60 seconds’, or’both fighters to be hauled down in the contest’. All these are aimed to lure bettors who enjoy excitement and long odds.

Finally, everybody will have their own approach when it comes to boxing betting. Whatever your strategy or strategy that is preferred, there are choices.
