Norway within their friendly beat england Women 2-1 as a comeback was finished by Caroline Graham Hansen’s late goal for the hosts.
Barcelona forwards Hansen penalized England sloppiness in the 89th minute, advancing into the box collecting the ball by a misjudged Millie Bright pass and firing beyond Carly Telford.
This came after the excellent 10th-minute strike of Georgia Stanway was cancelled out by a Frida Maanum header at the 53rd minute.
The winless streak for Phil Neville’s side since their 3-0 win against Norway in the quarter-finals of the summer’s World Cup in France stands at four matches.
After Kristine Minde had led an early attempt wide for Norway, England grabbed the lead when Steph Houghton’s overhaul had been touched by Nikita Parris into Stanway, whose first time effort from 25 yards out went in off the bar.
Since the hosts hunted to make a reply, Maanum headed Karina Saevik and off-target then fired after Lucy Bronze – playing at midfield – missing ownership.
A low drive followed and Amalie Eikeland made an air-kick because she attempted to meet a cut-back, until Stanway tried her luck again that the extending Toni Duggan could not stop from moving wide.
Reiten went close with a curling 33rd-minute campaign, and afterwards Jodie Taylor was subsequently thwarted in front of goal at the opposite end by interceptions, Telford was called upon at first-half stoppage period to push a goal-bound Saevik delivery.
The opening stages of the second half saw Stanway Telford turn an Eikeland photo and skew an attempt wide.
As Maanum connected before Rachel Daly, Norway attracted degree from the subsequent corner and sent the ball.
Bronze almost put England back ahead within minutes, heading Parris’ cross broad. Taylor subsequently missed involving two Hansen shots being taken care of by Telford, by a header.
Bronze then found one effort fly off-target and had another blocked by means of a team-mate, before Hansen made the most of Bright passing the ball straight to her, amassing it only within England’s half, shooting it in the area, beyond the diving challenge of Houghton, and lashing a shot into the net.
